Grikitis Peter Group was started by Alexander Grikitis and Todd Peter who had the vision of creating a real estate brokerage company focused on the needs of its clients. Griktis Peter Group is commercial and residental real estate brokerage firm based in Palm Beach, Florida. The firm is focused on residential sales in the Palm Beaches and commercial and resort property transactions around the world. Alex and Todd believe real estate transactions start with relationships, and a commitment to fulfilling the individual needs of the client. Alex and Todd use their experience, negotiating skills, large client network, and innovative marketing techniques to the advantage of their clients to achieve the best possible results.
Todd Peter
Todd is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida, and he recently partnered with Alexander Grikitis to form the Grikitis Peter Group. Todd received a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University, and a Masters in Real Estate from the University of Florida. He has since worked for Ram Development of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and The Related Group of Florida based in Miami where he successfully developed award winning retail and multi-family projects. Prior to the University of Florida, Todd worked as an equity trader for Deutsche Bank in New York City and Los Angeles. He has experience in real estate sales, development, property acquisition, marketing, and brand development. Todd is an avid traveler, and has a keen interest in the destination club industry and related shared ownership models. He is a frequent attendee at real estate and shared ownership conferences. Todd grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and fell in love with South Florida while spending time with his family at their vacation home at Sailfish Point in Stuart, Florida. He has lived in Palm Beach County full time for six years, and enjoys tennis, golf, and fishing with friends in Palm Beach.

Alexander Grikitis
Before graduating from Savannah College of Art & Design with a degree in Historic Preservation, Alex established Shipshape Restoration & Design with his father, Andre Grikitis, President and C.E.O. of Intermarine USA, as equity partner and began acquiring and restoring historic residential and commercial property in Savannah's world renowned historic district. Alex has become one of Savannah's leading experts on LEED Certified Green Historic Restoration and has been a major influence of Savannah's Historic restoration guidelines by introducing new technologies and products to the marketplace.
Enjoying a very healthy Savannah Real Estate market in the early part of the new millennium, Alex branched out and began Grikitis Group, LLC. Grikitis Group, LLC fosters artists in fine and performing arts as well as G. Interiors, a full service Interior Design firm run by his wife, renowned Interior Designer, Maggie Grikitis. Mrs. Grikitis' work has been featured in several publications including South Magazine, Better Homes and Gardens, and Coastal Living to name a few. Alex's most successful artist to date is the Bulgarian painter, Kiril Jeliazkov, whose monumental works have been featured in outdoor exhibitions in both Europe and the U.S., most recently as a first of its kind exhibition at the PGA Honda Classic on the actual course.
Alex also established Savannah Trust Realty as primarily a commercial real estate firm headquartered in Savannah with offices in South Carolina. Most recently, he partnered with Todd Peter to form the Grikitis Peter Group in Palm Beach, Florida.
